Without forgiveness there can be no love and without willingn ess to truly love there can be no forgiveness.
As long as you carry in your heart and mind old stuff from previous times, including from previous reincarnations there is no space for love. Old stuff you carry on in your life is like old coffee from last months in a water bottle. If you want to refill the water bottle with fresh drinking water, then you first have to empty and clean your bottle. The same applies to your heart and mind. If you want love to be in your life, then you need first to drop all old causes, and clean heart and mind. Then you'll have space for new love in your heart.
Hence forgiveness and love are like two sides of the same coin. both need to be exercised simultaneously. You need to be fully willing to love above all and free of any condition and at the very same time you need to have forgiven all whatever you had to forgive.
